The Strathcona Alzheimer Care Centre opened on August 30, 2001,
and is located at 12 Brower Drive in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
The Strathcona Alzheimer Care Centre is the third Alzheimer Care
centre operated by CapitalCare. It provides a residential model
of care that emphasizes independence and personal autonomy in a
home-like environment.
The centre offers 36
supportive living beds over three independent houses and will accommodate
12 residents in each house.

guest room with fire place, sitting areas, private dining room,
space for integrated day program and a beauty salon

meets regularly to identify and address the needs of residents through
