staff work together as a team by sharing information and ideas to
provide a high standard of care and to assist residents in living
as independently as possible.
Medical - Our doctors are members of CapitalCare staff.
If your doctor is not a member, membership can be arranged or your
doctor can refer you to a member doctor. While you are at the centre,
your doctor will consult with you and your family about your health
- All of your medications are ordered by your doctor and provided
by our Pharmacy Department. Centre pharmacists keep an ongoing,
up-to-date record of your medications, medical condition and allergies
to monitor your health and safety.

care as independently as possible. Each unit has a Care Manager
who will be pleased to talk to you about any concerns you may have.

strength, balance, coordination and mobility.

to do as much for themselves as possible. This may include bathing,
dressing, eating or communicating.
