	Information for Families Welcome We welcome you and your family member to CapitalCare. This web page is a resource for families. Check back often as we add more information.

		Resident and Family Compliments, Concerns or Suggestions If you have a compliment, concern or suggestion, we want to hear from you. We encourage your comments and will address them in a timely, courteous and appropriate way. Pick up a form at your centre or download it here as a fillable Word form (save to your computer, fill it in, print and drop off at the centre) or PDF document. Drop off your completed form in the locked box by the Administration Office at your centre.
