The Kipnes Centre for Veterans Day Program provides services to
adults aged 55 and older and living in the community, who have
physical, emotional and/or social limitations that require a
structured support program.
Care
Team
The
care
team meets regularly to identify
and address the needs of all program clients through team meetings
and ongoing interdisciplinary consultation.

Eligibility
The Kipnes Centre for Veterans Day Program was designed for clients who:
-
live
in the community or are ready for discharge to the community
-
have
care needs that can be met by available staff at the centre
-
are
motivated to become involved in the Day Program
-
are
able to function as part of a group
-
do
not demonstrate behaviour that may be harmful to themselves or
others
-
have
their own physician in the community
-
can
benefit from at least two of the services offered.
Hours
of Operation
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Fees
The fee is $15.72 per visit. Transportation costs are the
responsibility of clients and families. Program staff will assist
you to arrange transportation to and from the program.
