A1: You can access your vaccine records by going online through MyHealth Records. This process will provide you with an immediate paper record of your COVID-19 immunization record.

A2: Individuals applying for employment and CapitalCare employees who are unable to be immunized due to a medical reason, or for another protected ground under the Alberta Human Rights Act will be reasonably accommodated, up to the point of undue hardship, in accordance with CapitalCare’s Duty to Accommodate Policy.
 

A3: You are considered fully immunized 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine series; or one dose of a one-dose vaccine series valid by Alberta Health.

A4: You can book your appointment three ways:

• Contact a Physician Clinic.
