Jacqueline Futoransky

Jacqueline Futoransky is the site director of Dickinsfield campus. She is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in nursing and over 15 years of experience as a manager in health care settings. Jacqueline joined CapitalCare in 2022 from the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital where she started as a clinical nurse educator in the neurology, spinal cord, stroke and brain injury rehabilitation program, and moved to patient care manager on the specialized geriatrics team. She has supported the implementation of new platforms such as Connect Care and executed quality improvement initiatives throughout her career. Jacqueline joined CapitalCare as site manager at CapitalCare Lynnwood in 2022 and moved to become the site director of CapitalCare Grandview in November 2023.

Jacqueline has her Bachelor of Nursing and a certification in gerontological nursing.
