Nadim Merali

Nadim Merali is a senior finance leader with over 15 years of experience across healthcare, post-secondary, and professional services.  He oversees financial planning and reporting, payroll, IT, strategy, risk management, and shared services for the organization. As a member of CapitalCare’s Executive Management Committee, he contributes to organizational leadership, financial oversight, and the advancement of strategic initiatives.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Nadim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

Nadim is recognized for his analytical rigor, collaborative approach, and commitment to high professional standards. He builds trusted relationships with stakeholders and remains dedicated to continuous learning, ensuring alignment with evolving requirements and industry best practices.
